Just for anyone thinking about modding the original manifold, it's been like this for years, no drama so far.
I didn't do it today, but I did do it lots of today's ago:

Installed an Alpine halo9 I picked up for a fair price, just need to install the camera, was fun trying to work out a bracket, but a nice piece of Make-a-Bracket from the big red n green store helped, took me a day n half, hate lockdown.

Did you run into any problems installing it? I've had mine for over a year now sitting in the cupboard.I really want to put it in now after seeing this.
I Checked the oil, kind of low but no leeks that I can see. Provent does need an empty. Mind you, it has been a while since I checked it.
Coolant escaped out of the bleed screw. Not a lot. The screw was loose so I tightened it up. Coolant level is good.
