This is a great set up and would love to see the airbox mod as a point. Did you cut a 3" hole and poke the flange directly out of the airbox for attachment to the silicon pipe? What we were thinking was coming directly out of the airbox and then a 90 degree bend through the engine bay side and from there to the A Pillar.
As in the picture with the side pipe, we were thinking that this would start at a point just above the first bolt into the flare directly opposite the input pipe into the airboxc and maybe even require a cut of the flare itself. If it went into the wheel well, then this may be flattened to ensure the wheel does not rub.
Seems in the picture there is more room somehow where you have the multitude of welded pipe sections joining into the larger pipe in what I assume is then a short straight length into engine bay side. It is one hell of a job you have done!!
