Boonah is starting to get expensive to buy houses. 1 acre blocks near my place up to $400,000. Houses on acreage $700,000 to $1.2 m. But small lot suburban less of course. Great town though. It's beautiful around Boonah even I forget sometimes that it's part of the Scenic Rim until I drive over the hill past Roadvale and think, wow.

I don't know why anyone would live at Kalbar which seems dry and flat and brown, when Boonah is so close.

You can see the cargo barrier in that photo. If the drawer gets out from under the screwed plywood top plate and goes through the cargo barrier. Ouch!

But fair enough. I commented because I had a conversation years ago with the owner of Sunliner campers who was scathing of diy conversions, and I knew a man who died when the items on his parcel shelf broke his neck. It’s always worth mentioning.
