Is there an issue with fitting a rear diff lock and traction control
No....
Diff lock engaged, no difference in wheel speed detected, no traction control activating...
Doesn't matter if it's only the rear.
So what about if you have twin lockers but no CDL? Is it still worth having the CDL installed?

went out with brother in his D2, front and rear diff locked.
Had way too much dramatic wheelspin for my liking.
now talking him into getting a CDL conversion too.
I'm thinking if you're going to all that trouble and expense to get front and rear diff locks fitted, why not go that bit further and do the CDL as well.
I wouldn't get diff locks without CDL. Just doesn't make much sense to me. Cheers
Same, CDL first, then diff locks.
Without CDL you'll end up sideways on a steep climb from the entire front end spinning as opposed to just one front wheel.
Cheers

IMO if the CDL + SRD000070 SLABS are present fitting diff lockers is almost feckless.
