What is the difference between part number PDK000080 (Without ECD3) and PCC001070 (With ECD3)?

The technical bulletin seems to indicate that PDK000080 has the same connections/layout as PCC001070. Or am I missing something?

Same connections , but the updated ones have a restriction and a block off. If you fit the newer version radiator you still attach all your hoses, the one that's blocked off still gives you somewhere to hang your hose off.

I'm led to believe that the hose that connected to the top spigot can be disposed of, and you blank off the outlet from the oil cooler. [ secret hose]
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
