    No work at all, switches slotted in no worries.

    Excellent. Thanks. The ebay add said some finishing work might be necessary to allow switches to fit in. Good to know it's well moulded. Cheers

    I wonder if these guys or the mob that did the 3D print replacement ashtray for the switches could make a double din replacement dash piece to suit a D2?

    You could just repair the binnacle. Roverlord put a tutorial on how to. The colour of the repaired one will match :-)
