I would be looking first at all the plumbing from airbox to turbo to cooler to inlet and also the vac hoses , make sure they are all intact and clamps are good and do a maf sensor clean. Any lights on dash , is it sudden loss of power once warmed up or zero for the get go when he ambient is over a certain temp ?

all new silicone hoses and intercooler is clean seems to happen when outside air temp starts at 38 degrees and the hotter it gets the worse it is anything over 40 and a slight hill it is bad till the turbo spools up might try disconnecting sensors at air box and on manifold see if this changes anything.
