Discovery 2 TD5 Turbo Banjo Oil Bolt

    Hi,

How tight do you do the oil bolt for the turbo, the banjo bolt?

As it's copper and can crush easily

    Thanks

Actually it is meant to crush - note that used washers will be “work hardened” and likely will require over tightening to get them to seal so always use new washers. I buy suitably sized ‘blister pack’ punched copper washers and gently flatten them then anneal them myself. Perfect installation every time Discovery 2 TD5 Turbo Banjo Oil Bolt
