I want to install a couple of 12V outlets and a usb charger in the rear of the car, running of the auxillary battery. Any sugestions? The fridge is on this side. About 3 cm clearance between the fridge and the side.

This could be a good spot, but getting the cable there could be hassle, without taking all the trims out.

I think the fridge might clip the plugs. But defintely worth a look at. I'd just screw the bracket onto the louvre

THB, can't remember exact course for the wiring, but no trims were removed.
Seats folded down, and from there .. just can't remember but it went that way.
Main reason for them there tho was for brothers kids to have USB access for the pods and pads and stuff.
Also, easier access without having the plugs easily hit by some flying item packed in the back.
Actually, I do remember tho, using a 19mm holesaw on the small trims. Just hard to hold them steady.

I installed extra usb and 12V outlets right above the vented door (where you have that wire coming out. I connected it to the main battery but passed a new 10awg live from the front, protected with a 30A fuse at the front and powered with a relay which is activated from the existing 12V outlet in the boot. The reason was that I did not want risking a flat battery but the factory socket location makes it quite useless for me.
Im curious? Where did you install the aux battery? I am planning to set up an aux agm battery in place of the factory air compressor. I think with a suitable mud cover and a guard, it should be ok, even on difficult tracks?
Not the actual battery i plan on using but gives a good idea:

The old aux battery on the air compressor shelf trick. I have a 1mm thick peice of plate as a stone guard. No mud cover. I have been though water 900mm deep and over rocks that bent the rock sliders up, stopping the door from opening. I do not reacll the size of the cable used, only that it is oversized for the current and distance.
our piccy wasn't visible.

Why are people installing near that door panel? It then sticks out and is vulnerable to impacts.
