Doesn't the turbo kick in at 2350rpm or something like that.
They won’t be helping, but it still won’t make boost off idle. The turbo doesn’t have enough “smoke” up its bum at that point to go on song.

I found something new:
- MAF was dead, definitely a new MAF sensor is on the card.
So I will wait until a new MAF comes then do more tests.
If the MAF reading was 0 check fuse F2 engine bay just to be sure

No worries mates.
The fact was that I used one of the aftermarket MAF sensor before on my previous TD5 Auto 2000 ($40 at that time) and it was totally fine until I sold it and never heard of any issue from the new owner.
Also PhilipA in our forum has been using his own Chinese MAF sensor for 13+ months or so without issues.
I talked with my business partner and they said about $130 for a very high quality aftermarket one, so it might be the one I try this time.
