The problem is i dont think anyone makes the aftermarket ones anymore its genuine or nothing, at least that's what i have found on my own search for one.

I all so need one so if any sort of group buy comes around, I'm in.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

How hard would it be to make a fibre glass mould for this? Says the man that has no experience in fibre glass.

The first major hurdle would be to find an unbroken one, from which to make the mould.

It would be possible to use one that is broken in two and repaired. Has to be a good repair! 12mm hardwood across the defect to align the parts correctly. The join or seam line in the mould could be wet and dry sanded out.

Any one got a broken set near western suburbs, melbourne?

If I pulled mine off, it would be like putting a twenty piece jigsaw together with only fifteen pieces.

Mine is in two pieces, I wonder how many I would get if I took it out.

I removed my single piece unit one day, and at the 7 min mark of the video you linked, I ended up with two pieces. I think every time you get to this "7 min mark" of wiggling the piece, you end up with more pieces than you originally did!
