I've got Second Air (at least I think that's the correct name - supplied by Staun who I believe don't make them anymore) beadlocks in 16x8 Performance (also out of business) alloys supplied drilled for the Stauns, on a D1 with 285x75R16 Goodyear MTR tyres. I don't think it matters what size tyre they run with.
Initial and ongoing problem can be getting a tyre fitter prepared to take care when fitting them.
I ran them with quite low (down to 8 psi) pressure in the tyres in the Middle East and found if I kept the bead locks inflated to the recommend 50 psi, on every trip I would pop at least one beadlock tube as they would work their way under the beadlock sidewall and fret.
I started dropping the beadlock pressures as well to keep them at about a 20 psi differential above the tyre pressures, and this has stopped that problem I have a set to spare i suspect, but would take a time to find them.
Prior to fitting them I had ripped off two tyres in the desert - none after.
Hope this helps.
