How far off are the sliders from the sill or do they also follow the contour of the sill?
The rectangular section sits right under the sill. The tubular section (nerf bars) protrude a few inches as you can see. I have cut the original plastic trim that follows the curve of the lower edge of the doors. This hides the gap between the doors and the sliders, covers the face of the sills when the doors are open and stop mud from the tyres getting to the door rubbers.
