Ok all sorted, ordered my new front springs for the 4"lift at King springs.
Boss Air Suspension now supply the bags for the d2 4" lift and are just working out a good system for the top spacer. I have to wait 2 weeks for my springs , I will drop the springs in and then down to ricks 4wd to trip up the computer for the rear bags, cant wait.

Harlie ,being the expert here but in short,
when you drop a wheel the computer dumps air out of that bag to try to compensate for height difference, so just a bit of plumbing to stop that, and you can have one bag push air into the other if wanted,........................................... ....Made that sound easy didn't I

Yeh those spacers are taking a bit of time, bit like what King springs told me,,
    Good wine takes time!

Just thought i'd post some articulation (tentatively testing things out) with the air bags and new King springs, 5" lift. I think it will settle to 4.5
the sls extensions, for the sensors I made 60mm instead of 30mm.
    Any input most welcome
    Yours
    Mark

    looks good

What shocks are you running and do you know there lengths?
    Is the front SB disconnected?
How does it drive on the road?

The rear shocks efs, extension are 650mm,pro comp front are 630mm and I cut the shock towers down, no sway bars, it drives on the road like the old rangies with the body roll not as bad as I was expecting.
