They are available here, ARB.....I've got one on the front of my D2 but not the winch type. Getting on for 8 yrs old now.

Its the standard ARB winch bar. It would appear the aerial mounts are being used to hold the hi-lift jack and limb raises fitted also. Headlight guards fitted suit that design quite well.

Sure are, machined up some little ali blocks shaped for the Hi lift then they are bolted to the aerial mounts, which are more than substantial enough. Keeps the Hi lift outside the car and easily accessible.
