Picked this 2000 TD5 Auto up a couple of days ago. It's pretty much stock with only an ECU upgrade done.
I found a leaking brake master cylinder yesterday so it's booked in for some corrective surgery next week at the dealers mechanic.
As to be expected it has a couple of oil leaks. The front camshaft seal had been RTV'd up but was weeping oil - this had been replaced with a new seal. On the todo list is replacing the rocker cover gasket to fix a leak on the driver side rear of the motor, installing a dual battery system and fitting a discoverytd5.com CDL actuator.

Here are a couple of photos of My recently purchased Disco that I have called Chaffy as it sound like a chaff cutter at idle.
It is a D2 TD5 manual with a number of mods already completed.:cool:
