I picked it up brand new in December 2001 and have put just over 150,000km on the clock since then.

I've also been thinking about adding some underbody protection and changing some of the other parts, but...i'm also considering buying a brand new Defender for work before the end of the year...hmmm

2003 V8 Auto Platinum Edition

Came with the TJM Bullbar.

So far I have added:

Front Recovery/Towpoints

Icom440 UHF with an RFI CD900 aerial

Put my laptop mount, HP Mini Note & Bluetooth GPS in.

What I want/need:

Remove rear resonator (my first V8 at 40yo & I can't hear it)

Cargo Barrier

Some form of Roof rack

Dual fuel conversion

Tyres (probably an AT)

Suspension ( I know I need a 2" lift I just know it)

Steering & Diff guards.

To use it as nature intended & take the family camping/exploring more

Hi Cannon. Don't take this the wrong way, but the placement of your netbook could be a real safety issue in a front on accident. I don't even want to think of the implications of a passenger side airbag deployment. Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm just thinking of a fellow LR owners safety
