    fuel flap

seems my fuel flap won't close. no amount of jiggling of the closeure parts will have it close. I feel a bit may have fallen off the last time i filled up (but i'm not sure, rave doesn't seem to have a diagram of the workings).

if someone has the time and inclination to post a photo of the flap internals then that would be greatly appreciated.

sometimes the little pin lets the plastic bit fall down to far...try a gentle movement of the dinky tin bit that faces the car when the lid is closed, one way a few mm and if that does not work back to centre and then the other way a few mm's.

    Cheers

Is the catch on the inside of the flap aligned properly with the pin as it closes? Mine wouldn't close and all I had to do was bend the catch a fraction.

It is not mine in the pic but I have tried both and it will still not stay closed. Shut the driver's door and it pops open!

    thanks stuuu

it seems the top part of the catch(the reversed comma part) has broken off.

next challenge will be to find a replacement.

I didn't want to bother Bundalene and so I paid $7.28 for a new one - and it still won't stay shut
