I think your tyre installer can do the steering stops.. i had a look at the KM2 they are a lot better priced than the Toyo and have the same load and speed rating.

Here ya go guys, just done the spare wheel carrier "flip" myself to fit the new coopers, read lots of posts info on it overtime, but there was not any "definitive" answers, hopefully my page will clear it up a bit, go to the link below and click "spare carrier flip" and all will be revealed!!

Simon have you chosen a tyre yet? I am leaning towards the KM2 at 349 from Osborne Park.

I would like the KM2's but have to drive 5hrs each way for $380 a tyre...
MTZ'z or Bighorns in town.

New Toyos... Fit nicely, did not have to adjust steering stops.

I took the new rubber out today for a country drive, the bigger 265's on flat roads were great with revs dropped and better economy as soon as it got slightly hilly she sat in 3rd constantly.

Did some soft beach tracks and the loss of power was really noticeable the Td5 was struggling on tracks that were relatively easy with 255's on. The fact that I went from an all terrain to a mud tyre would have also contributed.

Time for a re map... and exhaust!
