Mine worked (for the upgrade, but not the create backup) on Windows 7 albeit Professional version
OK guys I have not been asleep.
I've fixed the problem!!!!!!!!!!
I doesn't work on Vista, Window 7 or Mac O/s.
I finally thought maybe try windows XP as it might be a compatibility problem and WALAH, windows detected a new device, fitted driver.
I then unplugged Nano com and replugged it and pressed the firmware button and up pops the warning read first and then installer, pressed upgrade and about 7 mins later it was upgraded.
