    Yep .. I had to pay for everything, postage both ways as well.

    What sort of warranty do they have?

    Just interested to know regarding these posts before I decide what system to purchase. IceFyre and SPRover were yours both in in warranty when you had to pay?

    I have had similar experience with other equipment so don't want to get stung again!

    I think mine was 2 days past it's warranty but they still honored it. They are pretty good to deal with and replied to my emails very quickly. The only problem is if you do have a problem with the nanocom it will cost you to send it there and back!

    Thanks for the feedback. I know what you mean about postage, had to do that on a few occasions now with various companies over the past few years. Looks like it is becoming a business policy in today's world.

    Will check out theirs and Hawkeys T&C's before making a decision.
