    Dont know what the go is with parents!! I mean, I would never allow my teenagers to sail around the world solo, or climb mt everst... geez, dont these parents think about their kids or is it a "look at my kids what they did" BS

    The parents seem to be wealthy individuals, that might have something to do with it, what ordinary working parent could afford to bankroll these kids who set out on these "adventures"!!

    Hmmm...13 years old and climbs Mt Everest with his dad....as opposed to drinking alcohol, pulling cones, taking eccies....good on you mate..

    Man, i wish i'd been an attention seeking teenager, would have been so much fun be it climbing Everest, sailing around the world or any other adventure. Best I can tell the girls is 'I've climbed Mount Druitt'

    There's just a few very sad and pathetic people on AURLO who can't seam to handle hearing of other people's success. Maybe they never achieved any of their own goals and that's why they are bitter. Who knows?
