Thread: Ipswich clean up....

Good stuff dave, mate I'd be there will bells on helping out if I was closer.

we will be arriving in the brisbane airport at about 0525 on monday onboard qantas Flight QF652.

Im expecting to be in the car at about 0600 and heading towards ipswich to be there by about 0800 and by the time I get some base admin sorted getting to work at about 0930.

speaking to council controllers at the cleanup today, apparently in parts of Ipswich private vehicles are being refused entry.I would suggest any concerted AULRO. effort may have to be cleared by Ipswich council. Just a thought. Bob

since theywill be being escorted to my place it wont be a problem....

once we're there we can work it out on the fly. IF they dont need vehicular help other than moving people around then we can garage up at my place.

I know this will could be difficult , but do you have any idea of the days the 48 hr cleanup could occur , because I would like to continue participation in the council cleanup [ but would like to assist in your local one as well] As well, a friend of mine has an old tv. and dvd player he would like to give away, nothing fancy, but as he said, could take a childs mind off whats happened for a while.
