Getting quoted to have them filled in the D2
The alpine lights were introduced with the 107 wagon to prevent the feeling of claustrophobia due to the high seating position, and have been used as a Landrover trade mark ever since, whether of any use or not.

They both had them. Did they both come out about 1956? I think only the deluxe 86 had them though.

Geez I love the 107 Wagons. Bloody ugly but very likeable.

One thing though in the computer model lose the puma bulge in the bonnet of the nex-gen defender and put twin snorkels/twin smaller bulges feeding the 3.0 tdv6 And for fun put a winch in the series recess.

That's going on MY Christmas list, to be kept in packaging.

As for the lights, it's like a convertible in Australia. If I want to sit in the sun and be burnt to a crisp I won't be in the car now would I. Convettibles are for cold winters days, tweed jackets and caps with cashmere scarves.
