Congratulations Rob.
I'm a bit jealous, as we're only just about to start our citizenship application.
Forms by the hundres to fill in, but I'm sure the end result will be worth it!

Congrats and welcome.
Can you keep your pommy citizenship as well?
How was the knowledge test, did they ask you anything really dumb?
Last night was hilarious. My 5 best mates - my "family" over here, went to the pub for a couple of looseners prior to the ceremony and the cheers they let out when my name was called out made it sound like we were at a rugby game. Even the Mayor thought it was funny.
More importantly, the boys got me a kangaroo testicle bottle opener, a card made from a 6-pack packaging and my first Wallabies jersey....Which I'm wearing right now.
Got to admit - gold suits me!
Very hungover today...but the guys at work are being decidedly good about giving me a wide berth.
DisoMick - I now have dual citizenship. Perfect for beating queues at airports. interestingly I wasn't automatically added to the electoral roll....I need to apply to do that.
Feels good to be an Aussie....even with the pain of a dozen rum and cokes and god only knows how many schooners of VB, Carlton, New and Coopers.
Beauty mate, enjoy it.
