I say he is a total dick head! Choices or not. But its the media who drives it. Main reason why I don't watch the news or buy news papers. Truth or not, its what the media leads you to belive. Just my 2c worth.

I alsolutely agree with your first sentiment and absolutely disagree with your second.

The only person who can help you get out of an addiction is yourself, yes it is a struggle and most fail at least once, but in the end no amount of drug replacement therapy or mandated rehabilitation will guarantee a result.

The fact that clubs have spent a fortune of rehab for Ben and he then allegedly attempts to enter a mandated rehab program holding drugs, is a very clear indication that at present Ben is not ready or willing to stop using. In this case, like any homeless addict or drug dealer Ben should accept the consequences of his use and alleged dealing of drugs, including going to prison just like the dealers on street corners of Kings Cross or St Kilda. But I suspect with Ben's celebrity he will get all the leniency and freedom that money can buy.
