I was starting to wondering if he would still escape jail even if he murdered someone
I just heard Ben Cousins has again been busted on a drug charge. I think this time he may serve time.

He won't do time! He's never been convicted of a drugs charge, all previous drug charges against him were dropped.
He is nothing more than drug infested sewer pond garbage. He should get the book thrown at him. Be given a extended holiday in HRH Motel in Perth for about 7 years.
poor benny's got to learn to hide his meth better

silly boy.
he has had ample opportunity and many chances to change his behaviour.
doesn't look like any of it has sunk in, even the birth of a child hasn't woken him up from his ways
jc
A report just on the telly said he was on his way to rehab when caught... doesn't sound like he was too serious... What a knob.

Here is the real story
After being arrested by waiting police at Esperance Airport on Tuesday night, Cousins immediately breached bail and so was pulled into custody.
He was released on bail after being charged with possession of methylamphetamine with intent to sell or supply.
The man was bailed to appear in the Kalgoorlie Magistrates’ Court next Monday.
But the spokeswoman said he had breached his bail conditions and was re-arrested.
He appeared in Esperance Magistrates' Court over the breach and was again granted bail.
Hardly the action of a sensible recovering drug addict.
In September this newspaper published allegations that Cousins was, while awaiting the birth of his first child, being treated for sores that some experts associate with "ice" (crystal methamphetamine) addiction.
At the time his father, Bryan Cousins, threatened legal action. None was taken.
The fact Cousins allegedly had ice in his possession when he was arrested again this week seems to speak for itself. Six months ago Bryan Cousins denied he was worried that his son would succumb to the lifestyle that killed his friend, former Eagles star Chris Mainwaring, in 2007.
"Ice" addiction can be worse than heroin addiction. I'm not surprised at his behaviour. Part of the damage for inveterate drug users is that their brain pathways are usually irrevocably altered so that they cease to exercise the discretion associated with "normal" people. Further, they usually lose any sense of self insight or self reflection... hence the recidivist behaviour.
He's damaged goods. One cannot but feel sympathy for his parents and family... must be hell dealing with it...
