Read the threads on the Trips Tracks and Schedules and you will be in the market for another LR

I bought a Peugeot 406 coupé going well and after driving 4000 km it need a bit more than $8000 in repairs.
Bring me a LR with the same history record to make my day.

How about I have a BNW X5 4.4 v8. Not a Bad car when going. Purchased as a change from the last 2 range Rovers. Neither Range Rover gave any problems over a combined 90k miles of ownership. Both purchased second hand.

Both purchased second hand. BMW has had 3 engines in 10k miles and seems to not feel comfortable away from the dealership. Always looking for another reason to go back there again. Least reliable and most expensive car I have ever owned. Will. Being going back to a reliable Range Rover as soon as finances recover from this car.

0:ALL of the replies will be "sucks to be you, you shouldnt have bought that one" or "you bought a lemon, take it back"*
*obviously this does not apply to threads about freelanders or people who bought a ford

Mmm other forums. Son was trying to get a bit of info re a speedo correction for bigger wheels on his new 76. Cruiser.
As Dave said, nothing but stupid or irrelevant responses,

I have no attention of ragging out the product as I still have a soft spot for Landies. I was just saying that they are still problem prone. As is thye purpose of the General Chat. As this site is well constructed and packed full of top people, no other attention was ment. I strongly respect the brand for its long and proud history, nothing more.

As for tossers Tombie coming from a guy who posted "Giving in my 2 weeks notice" a few months back, leaves and now back. Mate take the mirrors out of your house.

    1) ABS regulator,
    2) ABS sensors,
    3) Fuel Pump, Its 10 years old!
    4) Universal Joints, Again, service item in any 10 yr old vehicle
    5) Injector seals, Wow, $1.50 each, top of motor easy job
    6) Injector loom, Again, relatively easy fix, good for 5+ years easy
    7) Engine mounts, its 10 YEARS OLD AND OFFROADED
    8) Horn buttons, eBay, $15.00 delivered
    9) Roof Sagging My Ford, Holden, Skyline, Wife Cruiser ALL did this
And now the roof is leaking. Easy diagnostic to sort...

And a new car is always a treat and will be easier driving down to the city for work it will be easier.

So again farewell, and this site should be proud of the community they have created.

    Josh.
Oh how times have changed Hey!!!

And now you're comparing a 10 year old vehicle to a shiny new one of any make... Hardly fair comparison!
