I haven't had any issues with my landy for 6 months

To try and even the balance out, just wanted to say that my Range Rover has been running trouble free for over 6 months now. Hope I don't jinx myself.

Hope that makes some others feel better about all the "My Landy is Broke" threads.

So, if you are in the same boat, chuck in a post here so all can see that our treasures aren't all busted all the time.

    Cheers - Gav

I'm in the same boat as well. My ancient Rangie always starts and runs and has never broken down in the last two years, even though it was very worn out and neglected when I bought it. I just can't figure it out!
At any given point in time, somewhere in the world someone is working on a Land-Rover.

Hopefully, only the Americans of the forum would be so crass as to use "broke" and not "broken"! (A bit like they say "drug" instead of "dragged" — as in "I drug it across the ground").

I think it`s a question of scale in regards to being broken. As for mine it has nothing major for awhile now. It has age related issues though, nothing that has stopped it though. So all happy here.

Took my Disco 2 on a 10,000km road trip a couple of months ago and it didn't skip a beat (I guess that's about 6 months of normal driving).

Did see a few very nice Landcruisers on the back of some recovery trucks however
