Someone that is constantly whingeing about the lack of repeatability with vacstats had a bright idea while pulling down a high wall.
We ended up with about five to see where they all ended up.[emoji16]

We got one, its fine.
We worked out the new vac pump we have pulls down to 150microns,as per its specs, and the gauge sits at 150,so all good[bigrolf]
It is hardly ever used these days, probably because not only do we have no need to,we sort of don't trust it.[bighmmm]
The ones we used years ago were all analogue, seemed to work well.[biggrin]
Really stretching my memory,and maybe dreaming, but I am sure we had a couple with mercury in them?
