On a 300 this:
"I did see a small wobble in the harmonic balancer but seen worse"
and then this:
"dont need to change harmonic balancer and timing belt is good"
is just not possible - if it wobbles it needs attention.
Possibly you dont need a new crank pulley (Harmonic Balance) the key way could be flogged and the wobble is your crank lunching itself. I would like to see your new best friends put in writing that a wobbling crank pulley "is good"
