I feel like I've stepped into a parallel universe here. One moment we're supplying suggestions for forum improvements and the next discussing the relative merits of ninjas and pirates????

The ninjas would win every time by the way.

It does appear there are many adult A.D.D. sufferers bouncing around tonight. Or, have some just decided their desire for a giggle is more important than the actual subject/task at hand?

Mental conditions or selfish personalities? Could be either... Definitely lots of "special" types around here!!!

On topic, maybe a new area for bored minds to jump in and clown around? Call it the circus? It would possibly help keep a lot of the other threads clearer. And could help mod's move the detractors away from those trying to stay on topic.

Hah! You do understand why pirates wore eye patches, don't you? When they are fighting out in the daylight the eye patch preserves night vision in their covered eye so that when they rush below decks waving cutlasses they flip up the eye patch and can see perfectly well, at least with one eye. A significant advantage!

i like the your posts button i use it all the time, the only suggestion i would have is that you can see the cantina threads that you have posted in. as it makes it really hard to search for it as you can not, the only way i find it is by trying to find another thread that has been recently posted in

thats is the whole point of the cantina that it cant be searched young man

I have nearly fallen for this many times.

Under the new rules (which I wholeheartedly support - sort of), I'll be forced to report you for a political thread..

As for reports, do you (Inc) maintain a 'vexatious reporter' count? I bet it would be great reading.

Anyway, onto my site improvement suggestion. The Wiki and Subscriptions.
The Wiki idea is great, just have to populate it. Perhaps only subscibers can edit? Yes we may miss out on somebodies clever idea, but the ones who do/can edit will be actually dedicated and their contribution will be there for all time in the edit history.
How about another fundraiser? I had a calendar and bought some raffle tickets some years ago.
I don't like the suggestion that posts be limited in some sections after 9 pm. I cannot access the forum during the day as I am too busy working and usually only get to browse after the evening chores are done, kids in bed and wife cuddled.
