I wonder if, "I panicked and my foot slipped of the clutch", would be a defense?

If your in a 4by with towbar in that situation shouldn't you execute a emergency stop as often as required to stop being chassed.

Don,t think I would have stayed to nice.
Perhaps after the windscreen bit low range locker engaged and over the back half of his ute.

The news on the radio said he had been charged with dangerous driving and wilful damage. Heres hopeing the courts also order a psych evaluation to see if he is fit to ever hold a licence. Obviously he isn't at the moment.
Being a cunning old bugger[ all of us old buggers are] I would be found slumped over the steering wheel, passed out, from, ? heart attack, stress attack, any other cunning old bugger excuse. Could be hard to explain how I turned off the ignition, though. But I would find a way, Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

don,t think us over 70'ers licences could survive too many more mishaps like that. at least it would be only one person, not a mall full.

That always reminds me of the old joke about how you would like to die.....peacefully in your sleep just like your grandfather....not screaming like his passengers

Mate, malls are full of old farts, a terrifying place for decent young people, watching.... watching.... and in their plastic bags? Scary stuff, Bob.

Forget his licence, if what was seen in the footage was true and correct then this bozo needs to be taken off the street. With lack anger management he's just as likely to glass some in a pub or something like that just for looking at him the wrong way..
