It may surprise you to know I agree with you on the Sandgate RSL. I apologise for the lecture, but you being an ex- reg, you must understand . We were all, brainwashed, to a degree. You have to understand this. When we came back from Vietnam, we were refused entrance to the City of Sydney RSL, as returned servicemen, because they did not recognise us , and we were told we had to sign in as visitors.That was the policy. I was called a baby killer at a private party, I hated civilians for a long time after that.I will say one more time, not necessarily to you, but Servicemen should only use accredited medal mounters, only wear medals issued by the Government, and don't buy " aftermarket " medals.I have to stress, I'm not having a go at you, But this is one subject I will not back down on .
