If it's what I'm thinking of, they don't well when they're hung up on a stump

it's a bit short notice for some good photos, but here goes

    • the small light attacks (or 41's) are mostly patrols or tritons carrying around 800 lts
    • the medium attacks (or 51's) being 4x4 canters or isuzu's carrying 1800 - 2000lts

Yes Dave. Produced by Varley who are making the ADF bodies. This is very similar to ADF spec (heavy lift points on a fire truck?)
Its fully working. I cant remember the spec but it can carry a lot of water for its class.
There are plenty of G-wagen fire trucks in service overseas.
Dare I say it - the Austrian Landy.

My stude was Ex rural fire service.
It carried a 2500 litre steel tank inside the original army body.
On the frame of the tank is a 25mm live line hose and reel and pump and brackets etc to carry the stand pipe, ladders and suction lines etc.
The fire fighters rode in the back using the standard troop seats.
I know all this as I have the tank and pump etc which is doing duty as a rain water tank at the side of my garage, the tank with equiptment sides into the back tray when needed.
