I will grant you the chorus of Sweet Caroline is a little catchy.
But CGS having one of the best riffs ever? Not by a long shot

    Neil Finn is best Neil.
Oh dear no accounting for bad taste.
Neil Finn is good but only one, not so young now, Neil

    Yes Rubbish riff

Stones are good, and I quite like Rammstein.
Queens of the Stone Age are my preferred poison at the moment though.
    Neil Finn is best Neil.

    Here's a question.
    What's your overtaking song?
You've been sitting, waiting for a good opportunity to pass the grey nomad in front, or the learner.
This song comes on, you glance past and decide you'll take the chance, and bury the noise pedal and tear past them in a blur of potential illegality
    Mine?
    Black Betty.....by Ram Jam.
    Mine is

    Kashmir
    Led Zeppelin

    Turn it up, Baz.

Perhaps if the man himself wasn't a bit of a knob, it might make me like him a bit more.
Heard about the alleged exchange between Dylan and Mr Diamond off stage during The Last Waltz?

This was hard to narrow down!

I've missed plenty but here goes. In no order whatsoever :

    Born slippy ~ Underworld
    Hard days night ~ Beatles
    Losing my religion ~ R.E.M.
    Black Betty ~ Spiderbait
    Wild Thing ~ The Troggs
    Hammer to Fall ~ Queen
Sweet child o' mine ~ Guns 'n' Roses
Breakfast at Tiffanys' ~ Deep blue something
    Champagne supernova ~ Oasis
    Song 2 ~ Blur
    Lighting crashes ~ Live
    Baseline junkie ~ Dizzee Rascal
Drinking from the bottle ~ Calvin Harris (fet. Tinie tempah)

    I'm a bit all over the place........clearly.

You think so? You obviously didn't look at my list! I look at your list and think "yeah, fair enough". (Apart from Underworld, never heard of them)
