10 isn't nearly enough but here are ours in no particular order. This is how our touring Defender is set up.

    1 Bull bar
2 Tyres / suspension (mud tyres and good shocks / springs slight lift)
3 Communications (UHF and HF radios)
4 Long range fuel tanks (at least 1200km range)
5 Water tank with external tap
6 Cabin sound and heat insulation
7 Tools / spares and engine analyser
    8 Recovery gear / winch ...
    9 Dual Battery system
10 Boat / 4wd trailer (I call this a vehicle accessory as it goes most places the car goes)

Then there are others: a decent sound system, snorkel, rear storage, sliders, improver lights (Hid inserts / driving lights), rear work lights

Based only on my personal experience . . .

    1. Working engine
    2. Working clutch
    3. Working gearbox
    4. Working cooling system
    Etc., etc.

If you can't fill in the rest of the list you don't belong on this forum!
At any given point in time, somewhere in the world someone is working on a Land-Rover.

Depends what you do or intend to do with your vehicle of course. I carry way more than ten but if you're forcing me to choose and assuming it's a Landy...

    1. Low coolant alarm!!!
    2. Bullbar
    3. Spotties/lightbar
    4. Snorkel
    5. At least one snatch strap/tow rope and associated shackles for pulling out the poor commodore/falcon bogged on the island...along with some suitable comments
    6. First Aid kit
    7. Good tyres
    8. As much interior light as possible
    9. Led torch-at least 150 lumens
    10. UHF

That's assuming you have a REAL 4wd with a towbar and rear mounted spare!
