The Camel, born out of reading Crossing The Dead Heart by Cecil Madigan. Then following in his parties journey across the desert. He could not have done it with Camels, I could not have done it without the 130.

No name for our new D3 'yet' but even the triton didn't have a name and that was with me for 4 yrs. The Hondas we own all have a name or a plate which is special however. I'm sure a name will come soon.

Some really good incites into how you name your rovers

    I have
77 Rangie (soon to be a ute) ...Blatt, Use it just to go for a blatt
89 Rangie ... Black thunder, drove past a mates place and his misses said it sounded like thunder and it's black.
93 Disco ... Ogre, cos it's green, mean, fat & ugly. GQ & 80 series diffs.
96 Disco ... Telly, cos of the rego TEL and it has almost no paint on the roof, it reminded me of Kojak's Telly Savalas.

Do you mean god old WTF now? [ just kidding] Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
