So the fat lady managed to finish her pie, sent out for KFC and ate half a pizza before breaking into song, but she got there eventually. A 347 run win is a biggie by any stretch of the imagination, but if it's any consolation, if Cook had enforced the follow on, England would have had to score 2 in their second innings.
