I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I'm obsessed with Neil Young at the moment - can't listen to anything else. I've given up listening to anything in the Tdi Defender though - can't be bothered replacing speakers anymore.

I can't believe It's 25 years ago that I purchased this great album and I still play it regularly

That's one album I've never owned. It' hard to own them all though - he releases one about every five minutes. Standout albums for me are " Everybody Knows This is Nowhere","Freedom", and "Ragged Glory". But for a serious fan there is really no bad album.

Check this out. This is Neil in London in 2009 doing "A Day in the Life", a song that few people in their right minds would attempt to cover live. Paul McCartney appears on stage with him to the complete surprise of those in the audience. You've never seen Paul McCartney looking so uncomfortable - he doesn't seem to know what to do with himself. You really need to watch it through to the end to get the full effect. It's the Godfather of Grunge at his finest.

Well in a couple of hours I will be at Greazefest to not only check out the hot rods but I think there are about six different rock a billy bands playing. I saw Double Black a few months ago opening for Reverend Horton Heat. Well worth seeing again
