    Low rider discovery :)

Just had a mate send me this photo, not sure how long it's been around for but I don't think she'd be the best ol girl to take off road.

Just looking at the thumbnail, I thought someone had stolen the wheels, and it was resting on it's brake disks. Apparently not.

    Only in 'Murrica huh?

Most likely the D1 body dropped onto a VW floorpan. I have seen this done with shorty S1's and the like.
Hmmm. I have a floor pan lying around. Not sure if the missus would be happy.

    cheers

Yeah, we get a lot of enquiries lately, "hi bro, do you have a 5" lowering kits for Land Rovers."

I suspect it is a "Lowrider" with hydraulic rams for raising and lowering the body. More than likely a space frame chassis rather than a Dak Dak 1 would not be 4wd for sure! Probably has a 454 chev in it! :P
