Wow, that's scary cancer case rates will increase less than the rate of population increase. ( https://www.un.org/en/development/de...n-by-2050.html )
And at a time when we are living longer to have a better chance of developing cancer.

A more simple simple solution rather than dietary changes would be population control which would to ease the problems of pollution, global hunger and climate change.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

And I tell the World Health Organisation to eat a ****, I'll eat/drink whatever I please and I'll wear the consequences of it.
Seriously, every piece of health news these days is "don't eat burnt toast, you'll get cancer", or "don't look left before right when crossing the road, it gives you diabetes".
No **** constantly getting ****ed or guzzling soft drink like a rover V8 will do bad stuff for your health, but I'd rather enjoy my life and go a bit sooner than live forever on lentils and soy milk.
    Cheers

What, you looked at the Maccas on the left instead of the salad bar on the right?

This is for a very reputable medical organization, Mayo Clinic
I think that I am going to change the name of my dog to Moderation and I will be safe as long as I am with him.

Alcohol use is a slippery slope. Moderate drinking can offer some health benefits. But it's easy to drink too heavily, leading to serious health consequences.

It sounds like a mixed message: Drinking alcohol may offer some health benefits, especially for your heart. On the other hand, alcohol may increase your risk of health problems and damage your heart.

So which is it? When it comes to drinking alcohol, the key is doing so only in moderation
