Yeh.... real pity when great Aussie companies get gobbled up..... [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img] . I have never needed any support the whole time I've used the product... so I hadn't noticed the change in service level. But as you said the product still works a treat.
And you're 100% right... I wise man sits behind a hardware firewall as well as a software one if he can... ( but don't assume that a NAT firewall router is a total guarantee - there are ways around them...)
...... not that any of the nice folk around here would know about that 8O :? 8O
