As I understand it, that's what Obama & Co have been doing,....gathering support,...I don't know who these Countries are, but there are now supposed to be 30 countries in the Coalition.
Troops on the ground?.....Well I know what the "Cynics" will say, but the fact is, at the moment, He's saying NO.
"Innocent People",....Yes I know, but that's how these people fight, they do that, they use human shields etc, operate from schools hospitals,...and that's not hearsay, I've seen it on TV.
