End of the ICB Milton across to Southbank. Given there is another 'free' bridge 100m up it is pretty steep. I have never used it!

27$ seems a lot higher than the actual costs posted. Is that a mistake? Even 2 trips in a class 4 truck should only be 14$

I think you'll find there are fees added to your toll notice.

Toll = could be $4.47 if their video thingy thinks a Land Rover is class 3
Video matching fee = $0.45
Unpaid toll notice fee = $7.96

x2 for each trip.

Thanks stikman ... I think I know where it was now ... Don't remember seeing any notices or signage about there being a toll. Guess that's what I get for being from south of the border and unfamiliar with the lay of the land.

Toll was $2.98 - Admin' charge was $10.53 = $13.51 x 2 = $27.02

... and since I didn't realize there was a toll I missed the 3 days to pay grace period.

The toll roads and bridges should have better signage,and they should also say how much it costs.

They used to,but have stopped doing it,probably to keep everyone in the dark.
They regularly up the fees and hope no one knows.
Must be frustrating for tourists,and any other people that do not travel on these roads regularly.
