    Do People Ever Learn.

Saw on the telly tonight another case of a baby in a pram at a railway station today left unattended. Yep you guessed it, ended up over the edge and on the tracks.

I can see it wont be long before governments are forced to spend millions of our taxes realigning platforms with the slop the other way, all because of a few idiots.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

And also a recall of all prams with the requirement that the replacement has a special electronic alarm to alert parents that they are more than an arms length away from the pram and/or not tethered to it.

It's basically the Darwin genetic selection process at work.

I would think if the CCTv coverage of supermarket car parks was the same as rail platforms , there would be a fair number of runaway prams and trolleys. it is just the availability of cheap and easy video filler for the primetime news.

It boggles the mind, the complete stupidity of these utter morons.
I'm amazed they remember how to get out of bed in the morning.

Seems pretty basic to me. Make sure the baby is safe before you turn your back.

Well a few years back a wannabe model was too busy talking to her agent to notice her baby roll away into a pond at a park and the baby drowned,it took a long time before the rescue services found it,she accused anyone and everyone of abducting her child while it sank to the bottom. In todays society the person involved is not at fault,it's the person who sold the pram, designed the platform or poured the concrete. If I was at a station with a pram, for starters I would have the pram side on to the platform
