Well a few years back a wannabe model was too busy talking to her agent to notice her baby roll away into a pond at a park and the baby drowned,it took a long time before the rescue services found it,she accused anyone and everyone of abducting her child while it sank to the bottom.In todays society the person involved is not at fault,it's the person who sold the pram,designed the platform or poured the concrete.
