Argentinas' farming revolution, a rough ride for gauchos

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

The soy bean production is destroying the country. Country towns are deserted or with massive unemployment, meat production is collapsed to the point that now Uruguay with a very small territory export more meat than Argentina.
The sooner that the present government go the better for the country.

A little while back I had an opportunity to go to Argentina for work and will say it is a place I would encourage everyone to go to. Nice people, amazing place and fantastic food.

My parents have a beef farm and I have always believed Australian beef (and ours included) is the best but I have to say what you get in their restaurants beats us hands down. Every meal I had was amazing and belive me I had every form of steak right down to the 1kg (took me 45 min but I got there).

Personally it showed me how much in WA we put up with mediocrity in our restaurants. Our beef is as good but we don't handle it as well . . . Ie don't hang as long, age etc.

Mmmm. Feeling hungry thinking about it
