That is one expensive tank of fuel!!!
I was on my way home from Sydney and got to Grafton about 2 am and was beggared, filled up the Rangie, paid for the fuel and then drove straight through to Brisbane. Jumped into bed and the next morning got up and found that I had left the fuel cap stuck the the opened fuel cover when I fuelled up at Grafton.
My misses watched a block drive into an under cover parking station in Wollongong, the car fitted OK but the two racing bycs on the roof ended up through his rear window.
As much as I hate to admit it, I got half way through filling the TDi Disco when I realised I was filling it with unleaded.
Also went to my local LR dealers on Monday to look at the new D3s and they had a new Rangie diesel in the work shops waiting to see how much had to be replaced after the owner filled it with unleaded and drove it about a km before it died. They reckon it’s going to cost about $20,000.

diesel goes a long way....
as for locking keys in carsops: .......id fit central locking and alarm with remote to any cars i had that didnt have a remote......
if i had to manually lock doors i would be always locking keys inside....
hard to do when you get used to pressing a button...you simply open the door and remove keys from ignition switch then close door and press button.......easy.
same thing happened to one of my builders
his girlfreind borrowed his deisel rangie and relized it needed fuel so in
went unleaded fuel 8O![]()

I’m with DEFENDERZOOK on that one. A top price hooker has got to be cheaper.
first up---how many new RR oilers are there running around??
and are they all owned by guys with blonde girls???
seems statistically improbable--- (like that? )
