I think you'll have to help us narrow it down - there are lots of beaches and capes - could be Milingimbi /Yirrkala

There are at least three ships with Coburg as part of their name but it's unlikely that Coburg Peninsula was named after them.

You are all around it. someone has mentioned one of the words in its name, its a two word name. Ship was named after a town.

After re reading answers both words in its name have been mentioned, just not in the same post.

Melville Bay?
