    It's north of Yerranderie and slightly west. Think about the building in the first photo.

    No place called Wirriton nearby where photos were taken.
    I've actually never heard of Wirriton, what area is it in?

    Gardens of Stone NP is correct.
    Not a colliery vent shaft though. It's a Pressure Reducing Station on the Glen Davis water supply pipeline. Until last weekend I was only aware of the PRS at Baal Bone Gap but this one is just below BBG and there are also two more that I became aware of last weekend between there and Glen Davis.
    A really spectacular area but only accessable with special permission.

    Wirriton Mountain is approximately 40nm due west of Ulladulla. The NP is massive through that area stretching north to Nowra ans south to God knows where.
